Administered Price System
What is the Administered Price System?
The administered price system is the Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association) procedure for purchasing securities, in which yields are adjusted every business day to reflect market conditions in the secondary mortgage market.
This system is instrumental in providing credit funds and liquidity to the real estate finance and mortgage loan market.
