What is the 1007 Form in Mortgage Loans?

Form 1007 is the Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association) designation for the single-family comparable rent schedule, ad addendum to the standard appraisal report.

The 1007 schedule is used when the subject property is a single-family residence that is being purchased as an investment (non-owner-occupied) property.
